Genesis

Genesis: Light Roast. Let there be light.

"And God said, 'Let there be light'; and there was light." (Genesis 1:3)

Every story starts somewhere. Genesis is where ours begins: the first pour of the morning, before the house stirs and the day makes its demands. We named this roast for that quiet moment when God spoke light into the dark, and gave every man a fresh start.

The flavor tells the same story. Roasted light to protect the bean's natural character, Genesis is bright and clean, with honey sweetness, a lift of citrus, and a soft floral finish. Nothing heavy, nothing hidden. Just clarity in a cup, the way a new morning should feel.

Pour it slow. Pray first. Begin again.
